Bex, from Later Life Training, introduces the Make Movement your Mission.

At a time when we are being asked to think differently about our habits and behaviours, on a brighter note, we CAN make decisions to enhance physical and mental wellbeing during this period. Being regularly active is good for physical and mental health, and these activity snacks could help nudge you to make the most of movement throughout the day.

A series of exercise and education videos. Although most appropriate for older people, they will also help younger, more sedentary people or anyone who is unused to exercise or prefers more functional activity ties they can do around the house.
